Like the sun, you can't miss.

Think of it as a system, don't think of it as a human being.

If you think of getting improved at your life without being systematic, you are liable to mood swings, to anything gets into your way as interruptions.

How to think systemically: Find a tutor, accountability buddy, develop your own style, and if you face uncertainty, keep going. Show must go on. Aim to learn/practice twice a week at least, and daily if possible.

I liked that book : "Heart is the bottleneck"by Tiago forte, he summarises that information in the titles he chose. The heart has an eyes built in as nervous system.

Your heart needs training, and this type of training is very specific, needs silence periods to formulate your priorities, in short: communication with higher force as it is capable of.

This may look trivial: How silence leads to communication, this is mainly because silence leads to formulate questions that is deeper than usual. Like recharging your batteries needs to be matched with negative and positive poles, you need to match your both sides, your dark side and your bright one. your passive into active and vice versa.

And this is the main theme of the Korean symbol: ying and yang. where the brightness has darkness into it, and darkness has bright into it, and to distinguish between them needs a fighter.

Aim, focus, fixate on your target! Remember the years you performed well in your studies, your exams, and correlate that with systemic development that you did. Lectures, notes, books, exams and preparations.

Then why you think things will get improve without having the effort into it?
