This looks like a trend, when you want to learn a language, you are often faced with "intermediate plateau" where your learning stops,

It is often due to emotional causes. And that what shocked me! its true.

And that's why to learn you have to unlearn first, untangle the emotional connections, some by previous failure, or being afraid of labeled stupid. Overcoming the fear is part of emotional maturity which is necessary to learn.

Will post the update of the course in my next blogs, not the course itself, but my impressions and things I have learned from it.

It starts with eliminating limiting beliefs. You usual obstacle.

Learning something in mind is simple organization.

the featured image in the beginning tells similar story about how to retain information, to repeat in 1 day, 2 days, 4 days, 1 week and 1 month.

So you need a framework for information retention.

There is a free software for that called Anki

That what I know as far as being concerned with learning.
