The courage to be disliked

There are many schools in psychology. Adler is a bit different from Freud.

Freud focuses on analysis of childhood trauma, and dismanteling mental problems that arises in the process.

Adler denies that trauma exists, and thinks that what we use of it is what makes it.

Couldn't agree more, his lack of empathy is too airy and clinical. Disassociation from the events because they dont exist..

However, this is the title of book we are discussing here.
